Choose Your Friends Wisely!
Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk with Chants’, I share about the importance of choosing our friends wisely. We have all heard this concept, but sometimes we forget it, simply because we just want to be social and be around people. Well, recently, I learned quickly that that doesn’t always work. After spending time with a specific “friend” I realized that I didn’t feel good about myself or even enjoy the time we spent together. It made me realize, I need to choose consciously about who I want to spend my precious time with.
I’d love to hear from you … have you ever had the opportunity to let someone know that they weren’t a good choice for you? It’s hard, but its worth it. Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you!
All love,
jodi

There is Always Something to be Grateful For!
Hello Friends, Happy Wednesday!
On today's 'Wednesday Walk with Chants', I share that, for me, everyday is Thanksgiving! While thinking about gratitude, I realized that it is often very easy for me to be grateful for all of the wonderful things in my life that have been going great ... But what about those things that don't feel so good? How can we expand our gratitude to those wonderful lessons that can teach us so much?
I'd love to hear from you ... have you had a moment where you found gratitude in a difficult situation? If not, what about these situations make it difficult for you to have gratitude for them? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you!
Grateful for you,
jodi

Speak Your Truth
Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk with Chants’, I share about how valuable
it is to Speak Your Truth. Most of us have experienced moments when we
felt as though something needed to be said, but we were too afraid or
uncomfortable to say it. When we don’t speak our truth, we stifle the
ability for a healthy relationship to grow. Sometimes, the discomfort we
feel by not being honest is worse than the discomfort we may have felt
while we spoke our truth!
I’d love to hear from you … was there a time where speaking your
truth resulted in opening more space for growth? Have you had an
experience where you didn’t speak your truth and wish you had? Please
leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you!

Love to Those Affected by Sandy
Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today's 'Wednesday Walk with Chants', I give love & respect
to those affected by Hurricane Sandy. Before living in San Diego, I
lived on the East coast for many years ... so while I wasn't physically
there, I truly am feeling it in my heart. Sending love to family and
friends opened up a strong desire for me to send love to others all over
the world who are affected by tragic events, that are outside of my
personal experience. I realize, this desire to share empathy and
compassion to others who aren't directly involved in our world is what
connects us all as one.
I'd love to hear from you … If you were affected by the storm, please
do share with me how you are doing. What have you learned or gained
from this painful experience? How do you share love & compassion to
people inside & outside of your personal world who have been
affected by events like this? Please share your experiences so we can
all learn from you!
All Love,
jodi
