The Power of Social Media

Hello Friends, Happy Wednesday!

On today's 'Wednesday Walk with Chants', I talk about the power of social media. Over the years, I have created the sweetest relationships with people from all over the world through this powerful tool of connection!  Just last week, I received an e-mail from a stranger, now friend, on the east coast who saw a previous 'Wednesday Walk' that deeply resonated with him, all because someone had shared it on Facebook! As well, Facebook has been my main source of news, and  a powerful tool to connect the greater collective.

Enjoy this week's video blog as I share about my social experience.

I'd love to hear from you ... Has social media allowed you to find a connection to the greater collective? Develop your business or personal relationships? Or do you have a love-hate kind of relationship with it? Please share your experience so the rest of us can learn from you!

Hi from Canada!

Happy Wednesday!

On today's 'Wednesday Walk', I am filming from beautiful Canada, where I am leading the Next Generation Yoga Teacher Trainings! Here in cold Alberta, everything is different from what I am used to in sunny San Diego. Being out of my 'norm' has allowed me to experience new weather, new nature, new people ... even new activities, like riding in a RZR! Allowing myself this new 'norm' has been great ... and I am LOVING it here!
Please enjoy this week's video blog as I share about my experience.

So how about you? How often do you step out of your 'norm' and experience another person's 'norm'? Please share your experience so the rest of us can learn from you!
All Love,

P.s. You can learn more about our fun transportation, a 'RZR' made by Polaris, by clicking here!

Worrying is Like Praying for What You Don't Want

Happy Wednesday!

On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk with Chants’, I open up about the changes that my amazing dog Chants is going through. In December, Chants will be 11 years young! Lately, he has a lot of inflammation on his spine which has caused him to experience ataxia. Because of this, I am noticing that his body is changing and as you can imagine, this has been painful for me.

Lately I have found myself worrying and thinking about the possibility of life with out him.  After being caught up in the worrying an sadness, I remembered the notion that “Worrying is like Praying for what you Don’t Want.”

Please enjoy this week’s video blog as I share about my experience.

Our thoughts are powerful!!! What are you manifesting by worrying? How can you cancel that and visualize what you want instead? Please do leave a comment & share your experience, so we can all learn from you!

And please, send healing love to my best friend, Chants!

P.S. Chants gets amazing care from Tsavo's Canine Rehabilitation & Fitness Center. They do incredible work, check them out!

What Are You Waiting For?

Happy Wednesday Friends!
On today's 'Wednesday Walk with Chants,' I ask myself, a very profound question: "What Am I Waiting For?" Recently I realized that I had let3  years go by without booking a workshop that I purchased that long ago! Since I purchased it, I found myself postponing it over and over again because of other things that were coming up in my life. After so long, I finally had to ask, "What Are I Waiting For?"

Please enjoy this week's video blog.

Is there something in your life that you have been postponing because something always comes up? If so, I ask you ... What Are You Waiting For? Have you had an experience where you caught yourself postponing something until you decided to take action? Please leave a comment and share your experience so we can all learn from you!
