On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I share about how our thoughts are quick to manifest our reality. For me lately, I have been noticing that I think about something that I want, and bam it shows up! I realize that if I can do this with something simple, like manifesting a parking spot, then I know I can do this with bigger things in my life. Check out my ‘Wednesday Walk’ to hear more about how we can be like magicians, manifesting what we think, and magically turn it into reality.
I would love to hear from you! What are you manifesting in your life? And how are your thoughts supporting or not supporting what you’re trying to manifest? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you.
Happy Wednesday Friends! On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I share about my parents’ recent visit to San Francisco. We had such a blast together ~ we went to wine country, ate at yummy restaurants, saw a show, and so much more. What impacted me most wasn’t so much what we did together but how I ended up learning so much about myself and who I am while I was with them. I also realized that one of the greatest gifts I can offer my parents is compassion for their aging process. Check out my ‘Wednesday Walk’ to hear more about how we can learn so much about ourselves through the way we show up with our families.
I would love to hear from you! What have you learned about yourself when you spend time with your family? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you.
On today's 'Wednesday Walk', I am visiting San Diego for the first time since I moved away to San Francisco five months ago. During this trip I led the NGY Teacher Training as well as spent all of my free time catching up with dear friends. During these reunions I recognized that I felt different ... like I had transformed my way of being. While the change isn't visible on the outside, others sensed it too because of the way that I showed up in my connections with them. Personally, I attribute it to what I learned and experienced during my recent time with Africa Yoga Project ~ oneness & connection. Check out my 'Wednesday Walk' to learn more about how our life experiences change us and affect the way we show up with others... particularly in places we used to call home.
I would love to hear from you! When did you realize that you had changed due to an experience you had in your life? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you.
On today's 'Wednesday Walk', I share about how good it feels to have people in my life who are rooting for my success. It feels so inspiring to know that I have a team of people cheering me on, who are willing to help me ... without expecting anything in return!! Check out my 'Wednesday Walk' to hear more about the importance of recognizing and acknowledging the people who are selflessly supporting & serving us. It's true, we all have people in our lives who want the best for us and are rooting for our success.

On today's 'Wednesday Walk', I share about how lately I have been feeling the need to be productive and creating. I am also finding myself grappling with expectations of how my new life in San Francisco should look after only a few months of living here. As I become more aware of this, I am seeing the importance of being kind and gentle with myself. Check out my 'Wednesday Walk' to hear more about how we are worthy of being kind and gentle to ourselves. In fact, we must do so first, before we are kind and gentle with others!
I would love to hear from you! How do you practice being kind and gentle with yourself? And is it hard for you to do so? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you.
On today's 'Wednesday Walk', I share about the importance of listening to your intuition. Life is constantly about the choices we are presented with and the decisions that we are asked to make. In times like these, it can be overwhelming to listen to your one, true voice ~ your intuition. Though there may be lots of ideas, options and decisions floating around in your head, your truth, or intuition, will ultimately be the most helpful guide. Check out my Wednesday Walk to hear more about why hearing your intuition matters.
I would love to hear from you. Have you had times in your life when you had a tough time hearing your intuition? What was it like when you filtered out all the different voices and listened to your truth? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you.
On today’s ‘Wednesday Walk’, I share with you the importance of connecting with nature, on a daily basis. Since my move away from the beach and into a city, I realize and recognize that nature is actually everywhere and is accessible at all times ~ it is the air we breathe, the sun in the sky, the dirt in the earth, flowers blooming and birds singing. The way that I feel when I connect to nature is drastically different to how I feel when I don’t. Not only does nature ground me, but it really feels like the best kind of medicine that I truly can not live without. The importance of nature in our lives can not be understated! Check out my Wednesday Walk to hear more about why connecting to nature matters.
I would love to hear from you. How do you feel when you connect with nature? Do you feel different when you haven’t connected to nature in some time? What are some of your favorite places to connect with Mother Earth? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you.
On today's 'Wednesday Walk', I share about the importance of living life by design, and not by default. Since my move from San Diego to the San Francisco Bay Area, I have embraced the idea that I have a choice in how I live my life, that I don't have to just go through the motions every day. From this, I have consciously chosen to live my life on purpose. While I realize that it may not be simple for many to just pick up and go on vacation as part of their design, I do know that we can live our life by design in small ways, every day. Check out my Wednesday Walk to learn more about how I feel I am living my life by choice and design.
I would love to hear from you. Are you living your life by default? If so, what inspires you to want live your life by design? Please leave a comment on the blog so we can all learn from you.
